Naoki Ueo (Fortepiano)
In 1987, he was accepted at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music where he studied piano with Teruji Karashima for four years, graduating in 1991. Naoki also began studying the harpsichord with Mitsugu Yamada, Masaaki Suzuki and Yoshio Watanabe. In 1991 he was awarded the prize for "Best Basso Continuo Player" at the International Early Music Competition held in Yamashina, Japan. In 1992, Naoki went to the Netherlands and continued his harpsichord studies with Gustav Leonhardt and Annecke Uittenbosch at the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam. In 1995 he graduated with "Uitvoerend musicus" (Soloists Diploma). From 1995, Naoki studied fortepiano with Stanley Hoogland at The Royal Conservatory in The Hague, and in 1997 he performed Beethoven's 3rd piano concerto op. 37 with the orchestra of the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, conducted by Philippe Hereweghe. This performance was highly praised by Romanian composer Gyorgy Kurtag. He completed his "Uitvoerend Musicus" for fortepiano in 1998. From 2000 until return to Japan in 2001 he played as a member of The Netherlands Chamber Orchestra (harpsichord). Mr. Ueo is not only a historical keyboard player but also known as a performer of the "musette de cour" (French court bagpipe in the 18th century), renaissance bagpipes and the baroque guitar.

Yuko Araki (Violin)
After graduating from Toho Gakuen High School, she was accepted at Toho Gakuen School of music where she studied modern violin with Akiko Tatsumi and baroque violin with Natsumi Wakamatsu. She earned a good reputation not only as a modern violinist, but also as a baroque and classical performer. She plays as a main member of various baroque orchestras and ensembles in Japan such as "Bach Collegium Japan", "Orchestra Libera Classica" or "Trovatori Levanti".
